King suite is great for kids/family and for extended stay. High traffic corner
so if traffic bothers you at night, bring ear plugs but it didn't bother us all
things considered. The staff was incredibly attentive, the kids loved the pool,
the fitness center was well equipped. The location was the best - Bellevue
Square is great and 2 blocks walking distance - all the things we did in Seattle
were 15 minutes away and the accommodation was better than we could have
afforded downtown. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday stay here
including their buffet breakfast. Our only complaint was that the housekeeping
was inconsistent and not thorough. One day our garbage bag and dirty towel was
left on the floor after the rest of the room was cleaned, we had to ask
repeatedly for our sheets and pillowcases to be changed instead of just re-made.
We were shorted regular coffee a few times. Other than a few minor issues with
housekeeping that were minor or that the hotel corrected with our requests we
had a great stay here and would recommend it - especially for the location as
well as for the comfort of the accommodation as well. Starbucks downstairs was
incredibly convenient and welcome, Subway next door and walking distance to many
great restaurants. Lobby was warm and welcoming with free computer access and
internet for all of us. Would have been an Excellent review if the housekeeping
had been up to par.

Courtyard is a well maintained property within 2 blocks of the main shopping
centre and movie theatres. Don't let the other properties in Bellevue fool you
only the Hyatt, Westin and Courtyard are walking distance to the main mall.
Well maintained and service was excellent
Nice indoor pool for the kids in the winter.
I rented an ajoining king room and 2 queen bed room (I have teenagers who wont
sleep in the same bed) for about $200/night including breakfast for 4 and
parking. (Seattle hotels are never cheap thanks to Microsoft always keeping them
busy)

And I stay at quite a few of them. The staff was personable and extremely
friendly. Lobby was open and spacious. Starbucks downstairs was great to have
nearby. Rooms were large, comfortable and felt new. I liked everything about it
- the standard by which other Courtyards should try and follow!

Central location to shopping, cheesecake and a supermarket is just 2 minutes
away! Hotel is clean. Secured gate underground parking. Feel very safe and
comfortable here! Just the right hotel size

Just a one-night stay, but was very satisfied. Kids loved the pool. Lots of
nearby restaurant options, but opted to eat in the hotel restaurant and weren't
disappointed in the least. |
