A little too close to the freeway for my liking, but nice hotel. Kim was very helpful at font desk. Concierge breakfast better than average. Not walking distance to downtown Bellevue, but they have a free shuttle service. Lots of places to run nearby (try the trails at Mercer Slough, but try not to get lost). Was able to get a good rate at the last minute (prices dropped so I cancelled a previous reservation and rebooked at lower rate). rooms are good size and comfortable.

I stayed for 5 nights in the Hilton (week of Sep 12th) for a work convention. I was on the concierge level - 9th floor.
Hotel lobby is nice, wide open atrium style with cafe and bar and glass elevators. Staff at the check in, cafe and bar were pleasant and friendly. My room had a good king size bed, fine sofa and flat screen tv. It was a big room and carpets were very clean and furnishings were good. Good wifi service with no issues on bandwidth speeds. Good air-conditioning system that is not noisy and easy to sleep when it is on. House cleaning did very professional job every day and bathroom was always stocked with towels, shower products etc. There are a lot of function rooms on levels 1 & 2 (lobby is on level 3). We had 100 people attending and meals were always very good quality and service was professional. Only con would be that there is mini-fridge in the room. It is approx 20 min walk to Bellevue down town but there is a hotel shuttle bus that will bring you. I would definitely stay here again. None of my co-workers had any problems and all liked the hotel. The staff were nice, the room was nice and the hotel is in good condition.

We wanted to visit Seattle for a few days but could not bring ourselves to pay the crazy downtown Seattle rates so we opted to stay in Bellevue instead. We paid $70/night on Priceline at the Hilton Bellevue. The room was very spacious, decent quality with comfortable bed and pillows. Lobby was also nice with friendly check-in staff. It also had a coin laundry which was a nice plus. Parking was free and location was very close to downtown Bellevue and the highway to Seattle. I would definitely stay here again.

We were at Hilton for 3 nights. Location was great.
Rooms: No fridge. only two towels. Dirty carpets. AC only for one seating.
Pool: Very dirty around the pool in and out.
Staff: They were okay.
Ice machine: Terrible. No Ice
Not good for family travel.

I'm a little surprised to say that we felt our stay at a Best Western property on this trip more than topped this Hilton experience. The lobby facilities are nicely appointed and check in was fine, though the clerk was also answering phones while trying to help us. We won this on Priceline and got a great deal, luckily. We were disappointed in the room, particularly the cleanliness. We found hairs on the bed, the bathroom floor and even on one of the pillows and the room had an odd odor. I almost called the front desk to request a new room or at least new bedding, but we were tired and it was only for one night. The walls were also paper thin, and since it's used by many business people, we heard every door slam, starting at around 6 am. I don't think we'd stay here again, unless we won it super cheap on Priceline.
