I recently stayed at the Courtyard Bellevue for two nights on business. On arriving, the lobby and hotel grounds were very modern and clean. Service at the front desk was fantastic and all of the staff were extremely helpful throughout my entire stay. They are all very friendly and provide excellent service across the board. Parking is paid at $10 per night, considering the hotel is in downtown Bellevue that is to be expected.

On arriving at my room, it was very roomy, functional and modern. I was very impressed with clean the room was, it appeared almost like new and it was obvious that housekeeping went out of their way to really keep the rooms in top shape. The bed was very comfortable, the climate control work pretty well although if you like a really cold room it wont do the trick but it's definitely not as hot as some that I have stayed in. There was a large flat screen TV, ipod dock and the WiFi was free and worked very well.

One of the nice things I was surprised at was the hotel has room service which you don't usually find in a Courtyard but was very welcome as I arrived late and didn't want to trek out. The food was very good and the service was fast.

Absolutely nothing to complain about in this hotel. It is on the pricey side but consider the location it's reasonable. The staff and the rooms are the top feature of this hotel for sure. It is also very nice to have a Starbucks in the lobby. I would definitely return anytime

it´s already a while ago but I want to add that this is my favorite hotel for Bellevue. I have stayed in other more expansive hotels in that town but I find this one the best. The price is ok, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the room have all you need, the mini kiosk close to the reception desk and the coffee supplier in the basement and the Convention center is just a few minutes walk away. I´m already looking forward to my next stay in this hotel.

Enjoyed my stay here - I love Marriott beds, they're reliably comfortable. Service was good, room was clean, all in all a good stay.

This hotel has become a family favorite for staying in the Seattle area. It is clean, modern, quiet, comfortable and close to all things Seattle. Just across the street from the Microsoft Building and shopping all around in Bellevue. Even has a Starbucks in the basement.
The pool and fitness center is very nice with modern equipment and weights.
Breakfast is fantastic. On days when there is an omelette bar, you can custom order your omelette with the chef. Plenty of great selection for a breakfast.
The rooms are comfortable and modern.
When ever we plan a trip to Seattle, we check the availability of this hotel first since we discovered it about two years ago.
Parking garage can be a challenge, but is a very secure structure.

This is a nice hotel almost centrally located in Bellevue. Standard Courtyard fare, new lobby and rooms are well done. Only issue (and took 1 star from rating) is the hotel has chosen not to honour Elite perks. No free breakfast or parking.

I stayed in the Courtyard in Bellevue for a few days during a business trip. It is a good hotel with a swimming pool and a fitness room.
Everyone is very friendly and the rooms are clean and nice.
It is located in Bellevue. Restaurants, shopping malls, office buildings are in walking distance. The only disadvantage is that a parking place costs additionally 10 $ per day.
I enjoyed my stay there and would stay here again.
