Probably looks a bit tired on the outside but great where it counts, in the rooms. Very friendly staff, all round great experience.

I can generally figure out the tempo of a hotel pretty quickly, and it took me less than a day to determine that this is an especially well managed hotel, with an upbeat, motivated, guest-centric staff. Our experience as guests of Sheraton Bellevue was very favourable.

From the outside, the hotel looks box-like and dated. And as noted by others, access to this hotel via its surrounding one way streets is a nuisance. Some areas of the hotel look its age (architecturally), but the hotel boats a modern interior decor and is well maintained and clean. Our room was immaculate. Most noteworthy, though, were our interactions with the staff. Every staff person that we met, was friendly, helpful, professional and engaging. Leading a business, I know how much effort goes in to keeping a staff happy - - and I also know a phony smile from a sincere one - - and I could tell that this staff was well trained and felt good about coming to work.

I have no idea who the General Manager is of this hotel, and I know that juggling a guest's satisfaction is a microcosm to managing a hotel's ownership; in the case of the Sheraton Bellevue it seems that the General Manager is doing an exceptional job managing the hotel, its staff, and its owners; laudable accomplishment. Being a guest of this hotel was really a pleasure - - and a non-event, a pleasant reprieve for a Road Warrior.
We look forward to returning to the Sheraton Bellevue.

I stayed at the Sheraton for three nights in August when I was in town for a wedding. The hotel was a good, standard place to stay. Was busy during the days so really only was in room for sleeping. Everything was of good quality and all expectations were met. We had a freeway-side room (#501) which meant that there was quite a bit of traffic noise that you could hear with the windows closed. It didn't disrupt sleep and ended up being white noise.

We checked in late (after midnight) and the lady at the counter was a bit unprofessional. She was very nice, but kept exclaiming that the daytime shift didn't preassign rooms or something. Check in took a bit longer because of this, which is fine, I just would have preferred not to know the specifics of the issue (repeated over and over).
I would stay here again.

Enjoyed most of my stay at Sheraton. Little trouble with a/c, front desk sent up a/c engineer right away and it was fixed. Easy access to hwys, business district and 2 restaurant easily accessible by foot next to property and by lobby. Room clean. Housekeeping did a good job. Only concern I had was breakfast in club room. Being a regular Sheraton customer all over the country I have been to many club areas. This Sheraton 'Club' breakfast was very busy regardless if I came early or late. 3 out of 4 mornings items were 'out' while I was there. Out of hot water for tea, out of cardboard coffee insulators, coffee, waffles, danishes, fat free/skim milk, diet Coke, water and so on. Sometimes "we are waiting on some from downstairs", or "we have been really busy". Hot water was obtained for tea, inconsistent in staff making effort to replace missing and empty items. Not sure if that is management limiting 'x' amount of food for club or what. I would stay again, because I am there for location and good nights sleep.

First off: it's rather tricky getting into the parking lot of the Sheraton Bellevue as there are one way streets and lane barriers to navigate. And it doesn't help that the hotel doesn't have a lot of curb appeal (its exterior is rather drab and modest). Looks can be misleading as the interior is modern and smart looking. The renovated room wasn't particularly large, but was stylish and the 2 double beds accommodated all with ease. The beds were super comfortable! The bathroom was modern, spacious and clean. Though our room faced the highway, we didn't hear any traffic at all. We weren't able to get a club room upgrade, but did receive complementary breakfasts. The breakfast was a standard cold buffet, with french toast being the only hot item. It was definitely more than adequate, and the hostess on duty was extremely friendly and professional. (I overheard other guests commenting appreciatively about the breakfast too.) We didn't use any of the limited amenities of the hotel, other than the complementary internet stations off the lobby. While the hotel is situated in a rather commercial section of Bellevue, it's very close to shopping (Bellevue Square) and about 30 minutes by car from downtown Seattle. All-in-all, I found our stay for a family of four to be very pleasant indeed!
