Went to Hyatt Bellevue in November for a quick b-day weekend getaway. This was a
great place to stay! I had found an online price cheaper than the Hyatt website
so they matched it and took an additional 20% off. There were some conventions
or events going on the whole weekend.. a lot of teens around but we didn't hear
any late night noise or anything negative. Our room was clean and nicely
decorated. The location of this hotel is really great. It was rainy ( no
surprise) and there is a covered walkway system from the hotel to almost all
shopping... from high-end stores to malls. We ate nearby and there were many
choices close to the hotel.. again, accessible without getting soaked. Parking
was free underground with in and out privileges but we parked and didn't use the
car until we left since everything was easy walking.

I stayed at this hotel before and I always stayed in a new tower. This time we
purchase stay and shop package, and they put me in old tower. The room was dated
and ok. But the location was superb, walking distance to great mall and
restaurants. Make sure you request a new tower if you decided to stay at this
hotel.

My fiancee and I stayed there for a few nights around New Year's and liked it a
lot. The rooms are very nice, very clean and we especially liked the hotel
service. I found really handy that it is in the downtown area and close to
everything, from the restaurants to the label stores and to the downtown
Seattle. The only two flaws tthat I found was the quality of food for breakfast
which was not very good (especially coffee, although I am European so I am
probably just spoiled from the European coffee :-) ) and the fact that you have
to call the reception first in order for them to bring the fresh towels. But,
overall, nice place to stay.

We have stayed at the Bellevue Hyatt a few times. It has always been a nice
experience. the rooms are fairly business like and it is located in the heart of
Bellevue with easy access to shopping and restaurants. We live close so it has
been a nice get away hotel. We have not used the pool or the exercise
facilities. they are in a different building that you have to walk outside
across a small valet lot to get to... never wanted to do that in my robe. Maybe
some day we will check them out. All amenities in the hotel are lovely tho and
the cost is very reasonable. we have stayed in both towers and both were nice. I
think one time we were given a corner room on the west tower (not sure of the
name of the tower) but it was a fabulous view.

My husband and i stayed here for the weekend as we wanted something different
from the typical tulalip experience... restaurants were within walking distance
and so was the shopping mall... the hotel was updated and very clean.... loved
the coffee shop in the lobby with great treats.... Would highly recommend this
hotel... we used priceline and got a great price of $95 a night!!!! |
