My wife and I make an annual trip to Seattle every spring. We always
stay at the Bellevue Sheraton. The location is great! Just a few
miles/minutes outside of Seattle (which saves us exorbitant Seattle
hotel and parking prices!) and central to downtown Bellevue, which is a
great town in its own right - much to do and great shopping. Anyway, the
last time we were there, my wife and I forgot to pack extra bottles for
our toddler, which meant we had to sterilize the bottles that we had.
The people at the front desk - who are always friendly anyway - went out
of their way to help us out. We couldn't have asked for better service!
The other great feature of this hotel is that it's connected to a
terrific Mexican restaurant called Azteca, and even though it's a
restaurant chain, the food and service is great and it's only a short
walk (less than a minute) from the hotel, which helps after a long day
of sightseeing or shopping! Definitely would recommend this hotel -
great for couples and families!

Stayed at the Sheraton Bellevue on Sat Dec 19, 2011 with my wife and our
small dog. -booked it on line using our last points for a King bed and
was upgraded to the Business floor when we arrived-- Front desk was
outstanding- really made you feel welcome- price was so low that we
could have just paid the money. Our room was large, extremely clean and
fresh clean- only comment I had was that there was no place to hang you
hand towel after use other than over the bath tub...not a big deal. ,
Business floor included a contintenal breakfast that was just fine- nice
muffins, toast, coffee, juice, bottled water tea, etc. Considering there
was a nightly event in downtown Bellevue we easily received a shuttle
service to the downtown area, and just gave the driver the time to pick
us up... we ended up deciding to leave earlier which was no problem as
he arrived promptly.
Highly recommend this hotel!!-

Generally when we travel to Seattle we stay downtown, more often than
not at the Sheraton Seattle on Sixth. We decided to try something a bit
different this time when we realized we could secure a room rate under a
hundred dollars in Bellevue. The savings would more than pay for dinner
each evening, plus the parking was free as well.
The Sheraton Bellevue is located a few minutes drive from the downtown
area of Bellevue with its great shopping (and free shopping parking) and
good restaurant selection. The hotel looks old and dated on the outside,
however it has undergone a recent interior renovation. The free parking
was plentiful and located close to the main entrance.
We were accommodated on the Club level. The room was spacious, and the
bed comfortable. Our room faced the parking area, and we did not hear
any freeway noise. The air conditioner however was very noisy and we
cracked the window rather than listen to it. The club level lounge
breakfast was your standard minimal run-of-the-mill offering with
danishes, toast, cold cereal, yogurt, and a mixed fruit bowl. The
afternoon appetizers were a disappointment. If you had to pay additional
for this service, you may want to reconsider.
The Hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the downtown
Bellevue core. On the evening we wished to try it, there was over a half
hour wait so we took our car instead.
Because of the low room rate, we found the Sheraton Bellevue offered
good value for money. It is a great alternative if you have a car and do
not mind the 15 minute drive into Seattle.

Reliable, clean hotel (no complaints at all). But what really impressed
us were the two ladies at the front desk. One drove us herself in the
hotel shuttle to meet the public transportation (which in Seattle is
AMAZING!). The other helped us figure out how to put ourselves and our
rental car on the ferry. Wasnt expecting such personalized service in a
large hotel, but they delivered!!

A very decent hotel. The service is excellent. The young ladies at the
front desk were very helpful in accommodating us. We had two special
requests and they honoured them both, and did so with the most pleasant
attitude. Late check out was granted as well. This hotel received a face
lift not too long ago. However, the condition of the hotel left a little
to be desired. Our room (top floor) had a window that wasn't sealed
properly and let the outside air in. Also, the hallways had a "funny"
odor. Those were the only two complaints, and they weren't huge
dealbreakers for me. Bellevue is beautiful and the hotel is very close
to the nice parts to go without being right on top of it. I would stay
again.
