The service staff at the Silver Cloud is excellent, always friendly and patient
with any sorta questions. They provide a decent continental buffet breakfast.
Its a nice breakfast room with elegant furniture. THe location is just 2 blocks
from Bellevue Square, they even provide a shuttle but it is so close that it
would take about 5mins to walk.
I gave 4 stars coz the mattress sinks in towards the middle very so slightly. I
have a sensitive back and I need my mattress to be very firm. If you don't have
a sensitive back as me, it would otherwise be a great sleep. The rooms are very
nice. They even provide fragrance free soaps and shampoo which is a big thing
for me.

I just stayed here two nights for business and found the entire experience to be
great. Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful, continental breakfast was
very good and had plenty of selection, rooms were clean and modern, and having a
fridge and microwave was really nice. The only downside was that there is no
restaurant on-site but there are several small places to grab a bite to eat
about one block away.

We stayed here for nine nights during Christmas while visiting grandkids. My
wife raves about it. Fine room, great breakfast, good Internet, and great
business center. They even faxed something for free. Free shuttle to nearby
shopping.

I stay at the Silver Cloud - Downtown Bellevue a number of times each year for
business. The hotel is always very nice, up to date and clean! The staff is
wonderful. They strive to take good care of you. Good food and Bellevue Square
Mall are very close. The Hotel will even take you there and pick you up!
No charge for parking. Good complimentary breakfast. Nice Tuesday evening
reception.
The only 2 things I wish I could change about this hotel: the lighting in the
parking lot is low wattage and the rooms are on the cozy side of small. But I
keep coming back year after year!
Really warm days are rare in Seattle/Bellevue, but if you travel around those
times, the upper floors are toasty in the hall, but the rooms are nice and cool.

We (2 adults and one infant) stayed here for one weekend night in Aug./11. This
hotel provides solid value for a travelling family. The premises are clean and
within walking distance of the main shopping/restaurants in Bellevue. The
included breakfast, while not spectacular, is more than adequate to start your
day and the hotel's staff are friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to
stay here again.
