We got a rate of $85/night on Priceline (in December) so value for money was
excellent. We had a fabulous stay at the Sheraton. No complaints about anything.
The fitness room is great - lots of equipment so not waiting around at all. It's
adjoining the pool so well located for a run and then a swim. One of the best
features was the bed - it was very firm and comfortable. The sheets were a bit
odd, they were like paper.
We went for a shopping weekend and it was an excellent location for that, a
block and a half to Nordstrom's!
The only slight downside was there was no wi-fi in the rooms and you had to
either pay $12 a day or go to the lobby for free wi-hi. It amazed us that a
large hotel wouldn't have free wi-fi in the rooms. We also had to request robes
which was a bit odd as well but housekeeping was quick to bring them up. Perhaps
this had to do with their green strategy. If you don't need your towels washed
daily, you get a choice of Starwood points or a coupon for the coffee shop
downstairs. Great idea!
Head to Speciality's Cafe & Bakery for the best breakfast sandwich and latte
(only a block away).
If we got another excellent price on Priceline, we would absolutely stay here
again!

I stayed at the hotel with my sister for a week in Jan. 10, and I have nothing
but good things to say about the hotel. We stayed in the Pike tower on floor 21,
two double beds. We never had to wait more than a minute for the elevator which
was nice. The room is really large considering most big city rooms are the size
of closets. I am big on cleanliness, and the bathroom, shower curtain, towels,
bed linens, etc were all clean. There was a nice big tv, but we didn't really
use it. The hotel staff were all friendly, they have a concierge, but we didn't
need their service, so I can't know how they were. The gym is on the top floor
and it is two stories with tons of cardio machines and weight machines. They
also have an indoor pool, and it doesn't have a strong chlorine odor. The valet
parking is expensive, but with a downtown location that's just how it is. The
Daily Grill is the hotel restaurant, and they are super nice and the food is
delicious. The breakfast was good and price was reasonable. We went for
appetizers and desserts only one night, and still got top notch service. You get
free internet in the business center, that is a big perk. The location of the
hotel is close by all tourist attractions and shopping. I'd recommend this hotel
to all, and I did notice dogs around, so they are pet friendly.

$200+ hotel if booked separately, but I got a wonderful deal through Expedia and
a round trip airfare JFK-SEA plus 1 night stay at this hotel was only $387!!
Good location, very comfortable bed, clean bathroom and friendly and helpful
front desk and bell stand staff. I'd stay here again and highly recommend to
others.

I have stayed at the Sheraton many many times over the past few years. I live in
Vancouver BC and every summer I go down to Seattle once or twice to watch the
Mariners. And if I spend the night in Seattle, Sheraton is always my hotel of
choice.
The location is excellent. It's within walking distance (and my walking distance
is shorter than most people's) to all the trendy downtown shops and restaurants.
The lobby is modern looking and the staff members are definitely friendly and
knowledgeable. They make you feel welcome at the Sheraton.
The room is a good size even if you go for the most basic room. And it's always
clean. Bathroom is stocked with everything you need.
I guess my only gripe would be they charge you for internet use

We checked in for a long weekend in Seattle and were immediately upgraded to a
deluxe king, which was a nice surprise. The room was large and very comfortable
with all of the amenities. The bed was amazing! Slept great both nights, which I
don't always do in a hotel. The staff was very helpful and the food in the Lobby
Lounge was surprisingly good. In fact the cheeseburger I had was exceptional!
Granted, food and drinks are spendy but this is a downtown hotel so to be
expected. The location is great for anyone wanting to see all the sights in
Seattle. Close to the Pike Place Market, shopping and great dining. Parking is
really pricey.. in fact $38 a day. Other than that, however, a really nice
experience!

Great location, upscale room and amenities, and a reasonable $130 night price
through Priceline. The concierge was very nice and helpful to find a good
restaurant on the Harbor. The Space Needle was not the thing to do the day of
boarding the cruise though; we were just a bit dizzy from the ride up & down.

My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton Seattle the week of August 31-September 4.
We had an amazing time walking around the city and it was highlighted by this
beautiful hotel. The Hotel is located in the center of the city for easy walking
access to the waterfront and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel and we will
return. |

We took the train to Seattle and the station is just outside Safeco field and
Qwest Field. 10 minute cab ride to the hotel so nice and close. Not within
walking distance if you are there for a game.
The hotel is what you would expect for a Sheraton, nice and clean. $10 for a
basic drink in the bar.
The hotel has a restaurant - The Daily Grill. The service was SOOO slow and the
food was hit and miss. Great breakfast food but English muffins burnt to a
crisp. You don't ask for a new one because it took you 40 minutes to get the
first one.
Close to: Starbucks, Old Navy, Fox Grill, Nordstroms, Walgreens, Ross, Pike
Market, boutique shops. All within walking distance.
We took a cab to the Cruise Ship terminal - about 13 dollars.
Overall the hotel was nice and effortless and convenient |

We had previously booked at another hotel in Seattle & were incredibly
disappointed, which is how we found ourselves at the Sheraton. The staff was
wonderful and after our tiring day we were extremely grateful. Mostly used as a
business hotel, this was is very nice, marble floors, leather lounging chairs &
everyone dressed as if they're on their way to the meeting of the century. Rooms
were exceptionally clean and spacious. Excellent location & easily walkable to
Pike's. The one gripe I have about the hotel is that for paying so much money,
it would be very nice to have free internet in the rooms. That cost $10.95. It
was free in the lobby but a pain having to walk to the lobby each time instead
of the comfort of my room. Overall nice hotel, great location. |

I stayed at the Sheraton Seattle for two days attending a convention at the
hotel. As previous reviews have stated the location is excellent. Easy walking
distance to shopping, Pike Place Market and a short cab ride to stadiums, etc.
There are two towers in this hotel - the newer Union St. Tower and the original
Pike St. Tower. I had king room in the Pike St. Tower. The room is spacious but
starting to show signs of wear and tear. I was disappointed with the bed
compared to comparable hotels - sheets had extra starch. Housekeeping could use
some training as floors were not vacuumed, bathroom counters not wiped down etc.
Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Great fitness center with modern
equipment on the 35th floor. For the money, I think there are comparable hotels
that would provide more for the same money. |
