We reserved 2 rooms, total of nine of us.
Place was run down, office gal was rude, 1 of the rooms was unacceptable. Dirty,
smelled terrible, Obvious night activity that should not be taking place in all
the surrounding rooms. I questioned the security of the parking, told they have
cameras, one of the "safer" places to park! We returned to our car which was
parked in front of the office and in front of the camera, broken into, stereo
gone! I tried to get the video and after 4 days was told by the owner camera was
not active... it is a fake! We lost alot of money, sleep and it was a terrible
experience. Owner was rude and obnoxious, tried to put blame on me for the
damage. Pay a bit more and get a quality place to sleep and park
Hotel Review of the Sutton Suites Extended Stay SeaTac

First red flag - the staff were indifferent to downright rude.
Second red flag - Piles of big garbage bags by the entrance doors.
Third red flag - The suites floors were sticky, the furniture and suite itself
in poor repair. The water faucet in the kitchen may or may not turn off. The fan
above stove didn't work. The elements on the stove started smoking when turned
on - hence immediately turned them off...Hotel Review of the Sutton Suites Extended Stay Seatac

Just a quick review as we've stayed here several times when flying out of
Seattle as it is much cheaper to fly out of Seattle than Vancouver. The hotel is
not very nice and of questionable cleanliness for sure; however, we pay $99
which gets us four adults in a large room and a week of parking. We generally
arrive late, like 9pm, and go straight to bed. The shuttle to the airport is
free, the airport is literally 5 mins away, and on the return they are never
more than 15 mins to come and get us. It works for our purposes. If you are
looking for a place to stay while visiting the Seattle area then keep looking.
You need a quick overnighter and cheap parking? You could do worse. |
