Came here New Year's Eve. First thing I noticed was how secluded
the location was and very pretty! The staff were amazingly
friendly and offered us free apple cider! The room was nice and
clean along with many eco-friendly products which was definitely
a plus. Loved how there were complimentary snacks such as
fruits, chips, ice-cream, and bottled water and breakfast the
next morning!
Although I mostly stayed around Seattle downtown for the day,
the hotel is guaranteed worth the drive to stay at!

This was really a great place to stay.
Quiet and peaceful, still right next to the airport.
Breakfast buffet is not of european standard and yes, location
is a bit remote from downtown Seattle but itīs a nice drive-
anyway.
I really liked my time at the lodge and wish to return soon!

I have had the pleasure of staying at the Cedarbrook Lodge on
multiple occasions. It may be 5 minutes from Seatac, but is a
world apart from the airport environment. The property is
secluded on a wooded estuary that doesn't seem to be in the
flight path for landing or departing aircraft (at least I have
never heard a fly-over). The rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet
and have large flat-screen televisions. The bathrooms are very
nice and include large soaking tubs with a good shower head. The
property includes multiple buildings, each of which has a large,
clean, comfortable and modern lounge area well suited for
relaxing and enjoying free Hagen Daz, yogurt, cheese sticks and
other complimentary snacks. I am a frequent exerciser, and the
gym is adequately equipped for a hotel - well maintained cardio
and weight machines (may also have free-weight dumbells). The
restaurant food and atmosphere are very good, although prices
are slightly on the expensive side. The actual lounge in the
main building has a fully stocked bar (not complimentary) and
complimentary billiards.
I really don't have a knock on the Cedarbrook, but will mention
that no king beds are available. I believe that every room
includes either one or two queen beds. I have stayed in both,
and the single-queen room is a bit on the small side, but still
comfortable.

We stayed here on Xmas night. As a Seattle local, I even don't
know there's such a nice hotel in airport area!
1. It's close to the airport. However, when you are in this
lodge, you feel like you are on vacation in the mountains! The
buildings, garden, and ponds make you feel very relaxed!
Guests can take a walk along the pathway. They have shuttle to
the airport. If you drive your own car, $12 for self parking,
and $15 for valet.
2. Staff are very nice, friendly, and gentle. I arrived around
10pm and planned to wait my friend, who would come later. First,
I were attracted by the pretty lightening. Then, right after my
car was parked at the entrance, a young man quickly came to my
car with warm greetings in such a cold night! I told him I
needed to wait to for my friend and he kindly told me several
options, such as temporary parking for 10 mins, or doing self
parking or valet parking first. He also pointed out the path to
walk from parking lot to the registration.
3. The whole property is very eco-friendly. In the public
restroom, they provide paper towels and regular towels. Room is
low key luxury with nice colors. 2 separate closets are for each
guest. Working desk is well designed, good for business trip.
Bathroom comes with non-paraben shampoos, conditions, and lotion
and exfoliate soap. Overall, room is clean and comfortable.
4. Free bottled water, fruits, chocolate of 3 kinds, yogurt,
cheese sticks, and Haagen Dazs ice creme are in the lobby in
each building. Free breakfast with quality food. Free hot apple
cider in the registration.
5. My friend and I like this place very much and glad that we
stay here! |
