I was picked up at the airport and taken right to the door of the hotel. The
driver carried my bags for me. Check -in was quick and easy. The room was clean
and the bed was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for a long
shower. The breakfast was great - love having waffles. Much better than a roll
and coffee like most places. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I
plan to stay there again on my next trip.

I reserved this hotel on Expedia for a place to sleep before my morning flight.
We got a room just steps from the front lobby. The beds were comfortable and the
room was clean. The bottle of shampoo could be a bit bigger. Also enjoyed dinner
at Dave's diner up the street.

Unfortunately, this hotel was the worst part of our trip to Seattle with my
children and my 90 year old father. We felt we were getting a good deal because
we were basically in Seattle for less than $150/ night. I booked a suite so my
dad could have some privacy, however both queen beds were in 1 room and a TV and
couch (with hide-a-bed) in the other. So we had to share the same bedroom even
though there were 2 rooms to this suite. The carpet that covered the floor and
was badly in need of replacement. with unsightly unprofessional repairs. The
housekeeper only brought 2 sets of clean towels when replacing the 5 sets that
she took with her. Although the trash can was emptied no wrappers that littered
the tables and floor (from my 3 children) were removed from the room so at first
sight, we thought housekeeping had not been there at all. Breakfast food was not
restocked until long after it was gone so waiting times to get any breakfast was
quite lengthy. Cheap orange (non-juice) substitute for juice in the am as well.
Best of stay was the nice man at the 7-11 next door who suggested buy 1, get
half-price sandwiches that are brought into his store daily and the shuttle
which was quite accommodating.Hotel Reviews Days Inn Seatac

I stayed at this hotel Aug. 9, 2011. I discovered there was no ironing board and
iron in the room after I had taken off my clothes about 9:30 PM. No answer at
front desk. Next morning, I tried calling again around 7 AM. I was told I had to
come down to the front desk to get an iron and ironing board, that there was no
room service. Ridiculous to require someone to put on the wrinkle clothes to go
down to get an iron and come back up and undress to iron them. Also, you can
hear everyone walking on the floor above you. Prepaid reservations for two but
had to pay $10.00 extra for two beds after I arrived. Best thing was the
freshness at the breakfast. Person in charge of that kept the room and tables
clean, everything filled for your breakfast selection.

We stopped here with the family on a trip between Vancouver, BC and southern
Oregon. The driving directions were easy to follow, staff was friendly, price
was reasonable. The room was nothing to write home about but was pretty clean
and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the airport and a main drag. The
breakfast was mediocre with almost no healthy options but the two kids loved the
waffles. Despite what others have said, there was fresh fruit and lots of hot
coffee. The wifi was not working the night we were there and the staff were
apologetic but there was a desktop in the lobby that was functional. For a one-nighter
with a family, this hotel was quite respectable given the low price. |
