We booked this hotel just a few days before our stay. We got the room for just
over $60 for the night and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Even
though this is an older hotel, the room was nicely updated, great king size bed
very comfortable with nice linen. At first when we approached our room, we saw
it was across the hall from the ice machine and next to the elevator. We thought
this might be heard in our room. It was a quiet as a tomb. It was wonderful. We
didn't hear even one plane take off. Funny because we were so close to them, you
could see what brand of tires they had. The room had a coffee maker, great
updated shower with decent pressure (even though it was a watersaver type). We
can't really fault anything. We will be back SeaTac! The best surprise was that
even though when we called and asked if parking was included when we first
booked the room and they said it wasn't and cost $13 a night extra, at checkout
we were told that there was no additional charge for it...

We stayed at this HI Express for one night after spending a few days in Portland
and wanted to be close to the airport for our flight back east. The front desk
recognized my Priority Club membership with a free upgrade to a suite…nice way
to start our stay. The in-room internet connection worked great. The breakfast
was ample (check out the automated pancake maker!). The entrance to SEA-TAC is
only about a five minute drive away. If we’re in the area again, we would
definitely stay here.

Easy to get to and from the airport, which was important on this trip.
Staff was ridiculously helpful, and my suite was one of the nicest I've had at a
Holiday Inn Express & Suites. There was a little noise from outside (hey, it's
near the airport), but nothing that was at all objectionable.

The staff at this hotel were very welcoming and helpful. After a very long
journey, this hotel was a haven offering wonderful hospitality, very clean room
with two very comfortable beds and a night of blissful, peaceful sleep. In the
morning every member of staff I met was delightful and couldn't do enough for
me. The breakfast was an added bonus and superb! The complimentary shuttle to
and from the airport was perfect.

UPDATE to Previous Review-Stayed again at the Sea-Tac HIX and found that the
Internet has become much, much faster than my last stay and just wanted to thank
the Management. Great Job!!! |
