I have stayed here a number of times for business and pleasure. The staff are
pleasant, rooms clean and their shuttle service to the airport has always been
terrific. Sometimes the value is not as good. The hotel location/amenities is
$100 -$125 value IMO, rates can be over $200, at times, which is steep for this
location.

This hotel has the nicest lobby we've ever seen in a hotel! The staff is
friendly and the rooms are comfortable. We booked with a AAA rate and it came
with a free breakfast! They really took into consideration our online request to
be in a quiet room on the top floor. It had a balcony. The bed was very
comfortable.
The lobby has modern decor, computers to check your flight status, computers for
personal use, couches, chairs etc. There is also one big touch screen with the
weather and a map! The bistro has starbucks coffee and a great full breakfast
with many healthy choices. They have a happy hour at night too! A nice place to
hang out with friends.
The pool and hot tub close at 11:00PM!!!! It was so nice to have a swim after
10pm :)
I will stay here again!

This was highly rated. To me just average for a chain that should be better.
Came for soccer tournament, was disappointed in the somewhat shabby rooms for
the price. Staff was super. The lobby was redecorated nicely, the rooms need
help. Phone was sticky, couldn't get the heat/air to work right. Had to call
maintenance. They charge for a breakfast that would have been included
elsewhere. And this is no where near the soccer fields, unlike their ad says.

From the huge ( I'd say 70") monitor in the lobby that is touch sensitive and
interactive map, to the great lobby coffee and grill, to the front desk and
immaculate room. This Marriott property gets a huge thumbs up.

Seattle can be pretty expensive place to stay, but if you don't mind driving 20
minutes to the downtown sites, then this Tukwila location is nice and close-ish
to the airport. We were on our way to a cruise, so we needed an extra day in
Seattle beforehand. The place is convenient to strip-mall shopping like Target,
so that helped us buy a few things for the cruise. The interiors were very chic,
about as nice as the W Hotel I was recently in. The beds were comfortable, and
the courtyard really pretty. If you're a business traveler (which many guests
seem to be), this would be a nice, quiet place to stay. The food from the bistro
was very good too. We enjoyed the lobby where we had both happy hour and
breakfast. |
