Getting a good hot breakfast is key to the day. When it's included in your room, along with free internet and a free airport shuttle, it's a good deal. Encompassing all that is sound quality customer service, a newly renovated lobby and rooms, a good fitness room, great hot tub and pool, it all adds up to a great stay. Don't book on the west side of the hotel unless you like waking up to planes taking off. Book top floor so that those above you don't wake you up. Beds a new and comfortable. Good hotel for kids. Great location. 5 minutes to the airport. 10 minutes to Southcenter shopping.

Great hotel as the rooms were very clean and the staff exceptional. We traveled from Michigan to Seattle to Alaska staying here on our way there and back and were very happy with the accommodations. I would rate this hotel as one of the best I have stayed in. The free shuttle to the airport is another plus and Seattle has an excellent public transportation system so we did not have to rent a car.

We stayed here for 1 night before flying home, because it was close to the airport. We stayed in a handicapped room, the room was clean, roll in shower, the price was 156.23 and included a buffet type breakfast. This was another hotel with a recommended sticker on the door, and again...it's easy to see why it's recommended. No problems noted, but be aware the airport access can be a little confusing! The signs for the airport are either non-existent, or very hard to see, because we missed the entrance when returning our rental car.

This was exactly what we expected, a room at the airport. Generally, it was clean just a bit old. Nice to have cot in room. Shuttle service excellent as we arrived late at night. Above average breakfast.

Great location for travel into SEA. Took quite a while for airport shuttle to arrive last night, considering it's two miles from the airport. Checkin was fast and the clerk recognized my Marriott Elite status. My big issue is the noise. You can hear just about everything going on in the rooms around you and outside. It's about the worst I've heard. Otherwise, a decent place.

Marriott is my favorite brand and I try to book Residence inn or Fairfield inn as much as I can due to good value and consistently good service and cleanliness. We stayed here for one night on our way to Portland. We didn't take advantage of free shuttle but driver was very helpful and gave us good direction to nearby beach, park and shopping. My only disappointment was the coffee, it was not strong and they should definitely change the brand they use. There's nothing worse then waking up in the morning and not having a good cup of coffee for the road.

This airport hotel is about what you would expect, but the efficiency and friendliness of the desk staff made it a fine place to stay. The halls are incredibly long and the hotel feels like it was built without a level from the cheapest materials, but the beds are typically high quality Marriott and the amenities are ok enough. Fairly quiet and we weren't bothered by any noise. There is a free breakfast, but I always avoid styrofoam plates and food.
Room Tip: Try for top floor at the back of hotel, away from Elevators

I was coming back from northern Washington State and wanted a hotel near the airport for the last night of my trip.

Overall, an average Fairmont Inn. There are tons of tourists staying here so the free breakfast was like being a salmon swimming upstream. I wanted to make a waffle but one of the two waffle machines was out of order and I am guessing that these Asian tourists never heard of waiting in line because they would barge in front of you and totally ignore you.

The bed in the room I stayed in was very hard. The bathroom was small but the sink was actually outside of the bathroom so there wasn't the need for a big bathroom. The bathtub was small too. The water pressure was a little on the weak side but adequate for taking a shower. The towels were very poor in quality but clean.

Would I stay here again? Yea...probably would. There are more convenient Hyatt properties closer to the airport but I prefer Marriott hotels, however I am starting to rethink that customer loyalty some since a lot of Marriott hotels I have stayed in recently have been suffering in quality.

One last thing. The guy who checked me in was wearing two diamond earrings. I know that this is somehow acceptable to the modern generation, but to me its an insult. You need to look professional when greeting the public...not look like like a gang banger. It gave me a very uncomfortable feeling. Someone needs to school this guy about professional attire for work.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and neat. The breakfast was great, including hardboiled eggs and make your own waffles. Would definitely recommend this hotel. There is a free shuttle from airport to hotel.
