We found this hotel quiet, clean and convenient. Lots of parking. Free wifi and
enough room for 4. Beds were on the firm side. This hotel did not offer a free
breakfast but had a small place to eat at in the lobby for a fee. Alternatively,
IHOP is only a two minute drive.
The hotel offered a free shuttle to Seatac that leaves on the hour. Also has a
free pickup. for return trips,. One can leave their car for about a week for an
extra $20. When one considers Seatac parking for a week around $100, this is a
bargain, even if one wanted to take a cab back from the airport.

Bad Experience. I got kicked out of the hotel with my three kids at 1 am because
someone complain that we are noisy. In fact we are already asleep. We got a call
and said they were going to call the cops on us if we don't leave. The worst
thing is that they won't let us stay inside the building so we have to wait
outside with my kids to wait for our ride. I will never again stay here

We often stay in Seattle overnight before flying out to our holiday destination.
We generally stay at Embassy Suites but their rates seem to have gone up a lot
so we tried the Courtyard. The Courtyard is in a good location if you want to
walk to the mall or restaurants etc. The Courtyard is smoke-free and they have
complimentary shuttles to the airport that leave every hour. Unfortunately there
was no breakfast included.

The hotel was awesome, the staff was awesome. Couldn't have been friendlier or
more accommodating. It was so nice to have free shuttle service from the airport
24/7 plus they also were willing to shuttle to the mall if we wanted. I would
stay here in a heartbeat again.

We checked in as a family with kids. Me and my mom went to the casino, so my
husband and my brother-in-law were the one who left with the kids(ages 1,3 and
6). While at the casino, my husband called me and said they got kicked out of
the hotel, so they stayed outside of the hotel and waited for us for 1 hour. How
terrible that the front desk didn't even ask them to stay in the lobby rather
waiting for us outside the parking lot. Bad, really bad service! |
