We stayed at the Best Western Executel Hotel prior to a very early morning
flight out of Seatac in Nov 2011. Our reservation was great, had a great rate
for a king bed room, thanks to Elizabeth, who honoured a price match online!!!
We arrived on Thanksgiving Day and they gave us a great recommendation for a
great restaurant for a thanksgiving dinner. Their shuttle driver actually drove
us there and picked us up from the restaurant!!! (13 Coins - great restaurant
and great food). The room was good, bed good, and they gave us an early 3:30 am
wake up call and their shuttle driver was ready to roll right on time! They had
muffins and fruit and coffee in the lobby at that early hour, which was awesome,
and we had an uneventful short ride to the airport. We parked our car at the
hotel for the two weeks we were gone and upon return, their shuttle picked us up
without problem and delivered us right back to our car!!! We also enjoyed a
lovely hot tub there!
We would DEFINITELY stay there again!!!

Outstanding front desk, and most especially, the assistance I received from Jim,
the shuttle driver on 12/27 when he took me to the irport. I am a leg amputee,
and require special assistance. Jim's help[ was valuable, and helped me make my
check-in more rapid and smooth. The breakfast was surprisingly full, and more
than met my expectations. Delicious!. I think the handicapped room(s) could be
located closer to the front desk.

My husband, and I wanted to do something different for New Years with the
children (9and 11) so we decided to pack up and go to Seattle! I booked this
Hotel on "hotels.com" and got two nights for $160.00. I didn't realize we
weren't right in Seattle until after I booked it, but it didn't matter. We
werere only a 15 to 20 minute car ride away!
This hotel was very clean. The continental breakfast was the best I have ever
seen in a hotel. The pool was great for the kids. Nice hot tub for us.
This is a very "kid friendly" hotel. There are alot of kids here. They do run up
and down the hallways (mine included) and you can hear them up above as you walk
down the halls. But, with that said, once inside the rooms, you don't hear a
thing. Not even the planes that fly up above.
The only complaint I have is the heater in our room was very loud. What we did
was crank up the heat while we were out all day and turned it off at bed time.
The room was toasty until morning.
I would definitely stay here again, the service was very good.

We stayed here recently the night before flying out of SeaTac airport. We stayed
in a wonderful "oversized" room which was seriously huge and spacious, with a
kitchenette, living room furniture and king-size bed. The room had lovely decor
and we couldn't have been more pleased. Because we are Best Western Rewards
members and because we have Triple A, we paid less than $100 for the night. It
was a great deal and we couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.

The front desk ladies (Lena, Natasha & Kasai) were all very helpful &
accommodating. The evening meal in the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. It is
a small place but had a good menu for a place that is competing with Seattle
restaurants. The breakfast was very satisfactory. Plenty of items including
eggs. Sea-Tac Airport is near-by for convenience. The shuttle runs 24/7. The
Business Center is open 24/7 using your room key. I was particularly impressed
with how clean the updated bathroom was as well as the bed linens. The exterior
does not grab your attention. But the service and amenities are all there. I had
requested a room on the top floor away from the ice machine and elevator. I was
given an inside room on the 2nd (top) floor overlooking the garden. Very quiet.
As a woman traveling alone, I felt very comfortable moving about in the hotel. I
will definitely stay there again whenever the need arises. I had requested top
floor not close to elevator or ice machine. Given the inside room on 2nd (top)
floor overlooking the garden area. Very quiet. I think the street side would
have had traffic noise. It is a busy street. |
