Stayed here on the night of 12/15/2011 as my wife was flying out of nearby
SeaTac the next day. The suites are nicely arranged with furnishings in great
shape. Had a minor issue with the computer table as the top was covered with a
piece of glass that was frosted on the bottom side. Evidently the person that
ordered the glass has never tried to use a mouse on it as they won't work on
glass.
My major issue with the room is with the bedding and mattress. The mattress is
so soft and or worn that you have a tendency to roll to the center. The sheets
and blanket coverlet are so itchy that I had to put my clothes back on in order
to sleep. I'm happy that I didn't spend real money on the room, only points.
Also, could not find any handicapped parking spaces near the front door and was
given a room almost at the back of the hotel.......I guess the desk clerk hadn't
noticed that I walked with a cane and with some difficulty.

I travel to Seattle very frequently and I hate it when I call this hotel and
they are all booked. I love this place! The staff is very helpful and the hotel
is very nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast is really good too. You can
have bagels, pancakes, eggs, sausages, yogurt, they have it all! They also have
free shuttles for many restaurants, for the train that takes you everywhere in
Seattle and for the south center mall. I must say the the drivers are very
polite and helpful too. The rooms look really nice and clean even fancy for the
price you pay. The shower is impeccable. I love the bed and the pillows. This is
my first option every time I travel to Seattle. You must consider this if you
visit Seattle.

Having spent many business nights at various hotels around the country, it was a
wonderful opportunity to be able to really enjoy a hotel stay for fun! The staff
was welcoming, everyone was friendly and willing to be of assistance. Breakfast
was delicious. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. We will definitely be
staying at this hotel any time we come to this area of the country. Having the
Priority Club membership certainly doesn't hurt when choosing a hotel.

We stayed at this HI Express for one night after spending a few days in Portland
and wanted to be close to the airport for our flight back east. The front desk
recognized my Priority Club membership with a free upgrade to a suite…nice way
to start our stay. The in-room internet connection worked great. The breakfast
was ample (check out the automated pancake maker!). The entrance to SEA-TAC is
only about a five minute drive away. If we’re in the area again, we would
definitely stay here. |
