Shuckers at the Fairmont Hotel Boasting the beautifully carved oak paneling and unique tin ceiling of the haberdashery it once was in the 1930's, Shuckers is one of Seattle's oldest and most pre-eminent oyster bars located at the Seattle Fairmont Hotel.  With a daily menu featuring a selection of fresh fish and seafood, With award winning menus that showcase fresh local seafood paired with classic preparations and impeccable service, dining at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel is always an exceptional and memorable experience.

The Georgian features French-inspired Northwest cuisine prepared by the  Executive Chef in Seattle's premier dining room at the Fairmont Hotel. The Georgian offers The Petite, an exclusive private dining room with seating for up to twelve guests, which is perfect for an intimate get together. The Georgian features live jazz music Friday and Saturday evenings from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

From Southbound I-5 to the Fairmont Seattle

• Take Exit 165B/Union Street Exit; drive 2 blocks to 5th Avenue 
• Turn Left on 5th Avenue, drive 2 blocks to Seneca Street 
• Turn Right on Seneca, drive 1 block to 4th Avenue 
• Turn Right on 4th Avenue; drive 1 block to University Street 
• Turn right on University; the Fairmont Hotel is on your right and takes up the full block.

*When driving south, make sure not to enter the Express Lanes!

From Northbound I-5 to the Fairmont Seattle

• As you approach downtown Seattle, move into the left lane 
• Take Exit 165/Seneca Street 
• From the light, continue straight 2 blocks moving to the right lane 
• Turn Right onto 4th Avenue 
• Drive 1 block to University Street; turn right 
• The Hotel is on the right and takes up the full block.

From I-520 Westbound to the Fairmont Seattle

• Take I-5 South and follow 'From I-5 South' directions

From I-90 Westbound to the Fairmont Seattle

• Take I-5 Northbound, immediately move to the right and take Exit 165/Madison Street 
• From the light go straight 2 blocks to 4th Avenue 
• Turn Right on 4th Avenue, drive 3 blocks to University Street. 
• Turn right, the hotel is on the right and takes up the full block
