Check in staff very helpful and courteous. All areas very nice and well kept.
The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room comfortable. Lots of pillows
and the beds are very comfortable. Location was great within walking to great
food and shopping.

I stayed here for two nights in late July. I stayed in a King Suite on the 4th
floor. The room was quite spacious although a little overkill for one person.
The breakfast was convenient and quite good so far as free hotel breakfasts
goes. The exercise room was well stocked and all was functional although the
treadmills have magnetic safety latches which kept coming off. That was rather
annoying. Rooms were clean. Restaurant suggestions were good. Parking was
plentiful.

We were pleasantly surprised with the White Cloud. The rooms were fresh and
clean, the indoor pool was comfortable, and the exercise facility was not large
but had exactly what we needed. The included breakfast is way above average
(waffle makers, eggs, sausage, etc). The free parking is a HUGE plus! Overall,
this hotel is a very good deal, and its convenient location right by the
University and the University Village shopping center makes it a real gem.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The cost of the room included a very
generous breakfast buffet. There was an indoor pool which pleased my significant
other and I was delighted by our proximity to my son's home in Laurelhurst and
the University Village shopping center. There's a free shuttle service which
will take guests anywhere within a three-mile radius. We definitely will stay
there again!

It was a Friday night in June I had decided on to go to the baseball game and
needed a hotel for the night. I shopped around and a week and a half before most
of the hotels downtown were booked or needed my right arm for payment since it
still works I decided to look outside the downtown area.
Remember though, it's just a hotel don't expect it to change your life.
On a final note the foliage at the front provided a nice recluse with two benchs
and an ashtray for those who want a smoke outside (non smoking hotel and legally
away from the front door ). The location puts you very close to the streets and
traffic but the foliage provides a quieting effect that works well. Again with
the attention to detail.
