We had a room at the back of the hotel, very quiet. Well appointed older
boutique hotel. Each night they have a different Vineyard present their wine
samples at no cost. Nice way to spend an hour meeting other couples from all
over..Overall I enjoyed my first time at this hotel. Make sure you try the
in-house restaurant if you like Italian food. Parking is a concern being
downtown. Cost to park is $34.00 per day. A few blocks down hill to Pikes Market
and shopping.

This is a small (125 rooms) hotel ideally located for all Seattle sights. The
king premier rooms are well located for views and quite spacious. The staff is
friendly and hotel is quiet. Excellent beds make for good nights sleep.
Room Tip: Ask for upper floor on Spring Street side of building

Great hotel, Great staff! Tulio restaurant next door wonderful as well! Good
location, walking distance to everything we wanted to see (Safeco, market,
waterfront, grey line bus tour) . Will be our "go to" hotel in Seattle from now
on. Thanks Vintage Park from your friends in Texas!!

From the moment I arrived at the Vintage Park Hotel in Seattle, I was a welcomed
guest. The staff greeted me with smiles as I arrived in the garage. In the lobby
I was quickly checked in and my three dogs were each offered a treat. The room
was spectacularly decorated with the wine theme as advertised. I, and my three
dogs, enjoyed the ability to open the windows to allow fresh air in. The windows
are appropriately nose height for my k9's, offering them a view and smell of the
city. On our first walk outside of the hotel, the staff offered locations to
doggy bathrooms guiding us right to them. As with other Kimpton properties the
service and amenities were top notch. I dined at Tulio, the restaurant adjacent
to the hotel. Like a fine wine pairing at a great meal, the dining experience
only added to the value that Vintage Park offered. I enjoyed the meal and the
stay very much. When I return to Seattle I will return to Vintage Park.

As with many older hotels that have been remodelled the bathroom was a little
cramped, (but I don't get a room for the bathroom).
Internet was intermittent and slow (it was a vacation so I didn't mind)

I stayed here recently with my new husband for the first three nights of our
honeymoon. We had a wonderful time! The first night they upgraded us to the
executive suite, where the bathroom was the size of a regular room! They also
gave us a bottle of champagne and some chocolates. We got a deal with our
booking which included a $20 dining credit to Tulio's with each night, so we ate
there one night and really enjoyed the dinner. And every day from 5-6pm they
have free wine!
The location of the hotel was also excellent. We were able to take public
transit from the airport to the hotel. We walked all around the area during our
stay: down to Pike Place Market, to various restaurants, and we were even able
to walk to the pier for our whale watching tour.
I would definitely recommend Hotel Vintage Park!
