Hotel Review of the Silver Cloud Inn University

My new son-in-law was recently named the new President of the University of
Washington. We came from Utah, along with several other family members and
friends, for the wedding ceremony which was held at their new residence. While
we all stayed at this hotel I am only speaking for myself and my husband - we
were very pleased with the accommodations and the friendliness of the staff.

Fantastic Value
Great hotel, great service, great rooms. Fantastic Value. Especially recommended
for staying close to the University of Washington in Seattle. Only
disappointment - the free breakfast is delicious - but there aren't enough seats
in the "restaurant" area to accommodate all hotel guests. We waited in line for
a while then decided to take our breakfast back up to our room and eat there. So
if you want a seat - get to breakfast early (during our stay breakfast was
served starting at 7:00 am). Thank you Silver Cloud Inn - University!

Great stay at Silver Cloud
Recently stayed at the Silver Cloud Inn. Very nice hotel, helpful staff,
full-buffet complimentary breakfast, not far from large mall. Definitely a good
value for the money.

Very nice, welcoming place to stay!
The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff were very welcoming and
helpful, and all aspects of our stay were wonderful. The location of the hotel
near the University of Washington campus is a huge plus, and being near shopping
and restaurants made it very convenient. We would definitely recommend this
hotel to anyone with business at the University of Washington or the University
of Washington Medical Center. A great place to stay!
Area recommendations
Being located near the University of Washington, the University of Washington
Medical Center and the University Square Shopping area make it great central
location. Conveniently located near the freeways makes it very accessible to and
from all locations in Seattle. Being on the edge of a residential area makes
this location a bit more relaxing than being right in th middle of the downtown
business district.

Great Place to Stay!
Hotel was very conveniently located within the U district. I had a family member
at The U hospital so it was a quick drive to and from. The amenities in the
hotel were great. Loved that my room had a fridge and microwave. Rooms were
spacious enough that even with 3 kids I didn't feel like I was stepping over
people. Overall the stay was great. I would stay here again. |
