Hotel Review of the Grand Hyatt Seattle

Excellent service, beautiful rooms, amazing view. We were treated like royalty
here...all the staff are exceptionally nice. Compliments to Jocelyn at reception
who was so personable and made us feel welcome after a tiring day of travel. The
champagne and chocolates in our room for our anniversary put this hotel over the
top, and we will definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it to other
travelers!

Stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Seattle for two nights. Can't wait to go back! It
was about a 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market which was really cool and it was
in the downtown hub. We attended Mary Poppin's at the Paramount Theater which we
could see from our window just about one or two blocks up the street. There was
great shopping all around the hotel and some great restaurants close by. The
room itself was very heavenly! I slept very well. The decor was very hip and
trendy. The bathroom - wow! I want a bathroom like this! Granite everywhere with
beautiful fixtures. This place is truly a 5 stars! I felt like royalty. We will
definitely come back.

Downtown in the middle of the action. Close to everything and transportation.
Great help for us to go places. You do not need a car.

The Hotel was very inviting and the staff was great. The room had an amazing
view of the city. My only complaint about the hotel was there was no
refrigerator or microwave in the room. There was an additional charge to have
one brought to the room.
The room also featured a mini bar, and a fee for storing personal items in it,
that contained sensors under each item. Upon leaving I was present with a bill
for things that I didn't purchase. The staff was very accommodating and quickly
removed all of the charges. |
