Hotel Review of the Marriott Hotel Seattle Waterfront

The room rate is far over the limit. For close 269$ plus 23.13$ Room Tax plus 18.83$ Occupation Tax plus Valet Parking with no choice of self parking 34.00$ plus 7.45$ Tax is that hotel a worst pricy hotel. No internet, rooms are standard. The Balcony is ridicules small and the view extreme poor.

Having stayed at some other hotels in Seattle we were awed by the Marriott Waterfront. It is in the perfect location allowing you to walk to Pike's Place Market and the nearby restaurants and shops on the piers. If you are lucky you can get a view of the sound from your room to watch the ferries come and go. The concierge was helpful in recommending a nice restaurant within walking distance. The atmosphere is luxurious and the service is very good. We have stayed here before and will do so again! Room Tip: Try for a view of the water!

I just spent three nights at this hotel which had been booked by my company as part of a group block booking for a conference. For a 4 star hotel I thought it was very good. The rooms were large with nice furnishings and lots of amenities - a mini water heater with a basket of different teas and coffees, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board plus a safe in the room. The only thing that gave away the four star status was the bathroom which, although perfectly clean and adequate, had less luxurious amenities than a five star. The reception staff were helpful and friendly and when I woke up on check-out day I had already received my bill (posted under the door) which was a really nice touch. The best thing about the hotel was the location though. I've stayed in the centre of town before and this was much more peaceful although still just a short walk into the city centre. There's loads to do on the waterfront and it's a lovely safe area to walk around. It's also right next door to the World Trade Centre and Bell Harbour Conference Centre

The cream of the crop when it comes to Marriot. While the brand speaks for itself, often times some of their hotels stand out. This is one of those stand outs. The hotel is situated right on Alaskan Way and is perfectly located to explore the city and wake up with a fabulous view of the Puget Sound. Just make sure to ask for a room with the sound view otherwise you may be looking at a courtyard of the neighboring condos. Staff is excellent and accommodating, food is fantastic, but pricey so go grab dinner down the street if you don't have to have dinner at the hotel if only to experience Seattle a bit more.
Great hotel, no complaints.

Stayed here for the weekend leading up to taking our Alaskan Cruise. It was the " Perfect Spot " and location for being in the city and catching the cruise. Walking distance from Pike's Market and a short cab ride to the ship ... some ships are just across the street! Would Stay here again for sure!!!
