“Confortable and convenient, but with some lacks in service!”
Overall experience in Sheraton Seattle was really great. Big and comfortable
rooms and beds. Great location near many stores, the market and Washington
convention center (just crossing the street). Lobby is impressive and leisure
area is spacious. Cons: maid service forgot to provide new supplies every single
day (hotels with less stars I was before were more careful with this simple but
significant detail in a hotel which consider itself different from others cause
the details), additional paid wireless internet was awful as it keeps going down
frequently even trying to use different devices as iPad, smart phone and laptop,
and bell desk staff was sometimes confuse, almost impolite in some way ( they
should be better trained to deal with people from different cultures as this
hotel is supposed to be international). Otherwise paying expensive rates for
package handling isnt fair for this kind and "quality" of service. Installations
overall are pretty amazing and impressive, but Service quality must really
improve if the hotel wants to be more than a big and comfortable space without
same quality of service.

“overnighter for a quick sleep”
the valet car attendant ruined our early morning departure for giving us a hard
time for parking in the hotel driveway while we were checking out. what a
bummer.!!! customer service was totally down the drain.

“Perfect Location for everything!!!”
I Love this hotel, I got it based on all the great reviews and I'm glad I did,
perfect location for everything!!! 6 blocks to the Market, great shopping and
restaurants around the hotel, convention center is right behind it, 2 blocks to
Monorail to go to Space Needle, basically you can walk to most places from this
hotel...but BEST of all, the Heavenly Bed and pillows, once I lied down, I don't
want to get up, it feels like sleeping on cloud, so soft and hug to your body,
we are thinking about buying one for our home :-) Front Desk staff was great,
she gave me a corner room with great view, checked in and out was quick, they
have Starbucks coffee in room, it was so perfect to wake up to a cup of great

“Rooms not insulated well-can hear EVERYTHING in the room”
the hotel is beautiful, located very close to everything, service is great,
rooms clean. The only problem was that you can hear EVERYTHING in the room
whether it be noise in the hallway or in other rooms. We had to call security
one night because people in rooms close by were out in the hallway making so
much noise drinking & cursing & banging doors, ets. Security addressed it
immediately & they calmed down but we still could hear every day noises the
entire visit. If they fixed this one problem the hotel is perfect. The concierge
was extremely helpful making reservations for us & getting us info on
activities. Parking is expensive is you go with the hotel's vallet service but
you can take a little cheaper option & go with the outside garage they
recommend. It's a little cheaper.
Sheraton Hotel Seattle Area recommendations
The area near this Sheraton is good or maybe closer to Pike's Place. You can
walk to just about everything from there.

Salty's has a brunch on Sat & Sun that is to die for!!!!! It's a little pricey
but so worth it. The options are endless & the service is great. Everyone is
