Hotel Review of the Warwick Hotel Seattle

This was my 2nd or 3rd stay here, and it's been better each time, and great to start with. It's the location- downtown but also easy walking distance to Seattle Center/Space Needle, Pikes Place, Westwood underground bus station if you want to go to other areas. Beranoya Hall, theaters, restaurants, shopping, monorail, just a great location.
Easy to get to. Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Juliet balcony with sliding glass door, so it was light and airy. Really nice bath products, deep tub. I like the restaurant, reasonable bill, sensible portions, nice flavors.
The surprise gift of a plate of macaroons and mineral water, and lovely turn down service after returning from evenings out made me feel especially well cared for.
Parking seems a bit steep, but I think it's comparable to independent lot parking, and it is covered parking. The mini fridge wasn't cold enough, but I've never seen one that is.
Highly recommend, hated to leave, will certainly go back!

Just returned from another great stay at the Warwick. I can't imagine there's a better deal in downtown Seattle especially if your rate includes parking as ours did. The staff are friendly and very helpful, our room (not one of the newly renovated ones) was comfortable and clean. Perhaps on our next visit we'll splurge and try a renovated room but really we had no complaints!

Good reception staff . Very friendly. Room was dated, looks like an 80’s room (appears some rooms were renovated, not ours...). The hotel needs urgent renovation. When I was a kid, Warwick was an upscale hotel, not anymore. Room was, however very clean. Good bathroom. Small common areas. Pool in the basement is more like a big bathtub. Gym is modest.
Location is so and so, not the best in Seattle. Around 10 minutes walk and you are close to the Pacific Mall, Pine St, etc. Across the St, there is a nice grocery store.
Check out was cold. We asked for a taxi, the taxi was called, however in the last minute we were told to take a black limousine that was parked in the front of the hotel, appears the hotel staff have some kind of private business going on...Not sure what was that.

We come to Seattle once each year, and every time, we stay at the Warwick Hotel. The service is always great, the rooms are clean (and recently updated) and the location is great - there is a great little grocery store right across the street, and shopping is just a few minute walk down the street. There is a pool/hot tub AND a fitness room, which is a combination that isn't seen too often within hotels. There is also a great restaurant - we got chance to have a great breakfast there with great service and delicious food. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a fair price, with great service and a good location close to shopping and restaurants.

Booked a room a last minute room w/ a travel buddy and couldn't be more pleased. We have been treated like queens. Beds sooo comfy, we walked everywhere, great service. Give Thomas the bartender a raise, he was so friendly and accommodating. It wasn't long til we were engaging and chatting with other travelers from around the world. Love him, and this hotel. Pretty much my go to place in Seattle from here on out!

We have been staying at the Warwick on and off for a number of years. It has always been a consistent experience and always a good value. Most of the time we stayed it would be for an overnight and would stay at other hotels if we were in town longer. My past two visits have been impressive. The recent renovations are fabulous and I highly recommend spending a little more for the new executive rooms. The staff has always been outstanding and now I am happy the accommodations are catching up to the services. Book thru the hotel for the best rates.
