We went to the Hawks game and stayed at the Silver Cloud for one evening. The
front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. They have a free shuttle that
will take you pretty much anywhere in Seattle, which I thought was quite nice.
The restaurant downstairs was very good and good service. The rooms were very
clean and comfortable. The parking is 22 dollars which is actually a very good
price if you compare parking around the area or other hotels.

A number of us went to Seattle for the Seahawks Game Monday Dec.12 2011. We
stayed at the Silvercloud for 5 nights. We found the hotel to be clean and the
staff very helpful. The location is fantastic for football games and baseball
games. The rates were reasonable and the lounge and restaurant good. The shuttle
service to to wharf was a great addition to our stay. We would recommend this
hotel highly

I am literally speechless! This hotel and all of the other hotels in its chain
are probably one of the best. I stayed in the 1 bedroom suite and it was
amazing! I really don't think I needed the kitchenette but it was a good touch.
The bathroom had two showers which I didn't need but it was nice to have a very
deep tub to soak in after roaming around the cold city. The staff was also very
nice and helpful. Jimmy's on First in the lobby has very good food, especially
for breakfast. The location is very good especially if you have a game to go to!
It is walking distance from both stadiums, Safeco and Qwest! If you have a game
planned or your just going to explore the city stay here!

If in town for a game MLS, NFL or MLB this is the place to stay. A whole two min
walk to your game. A great bar downstairs where we partied with Hope Solo before
a game. Lots of other great bars and breweries within five min of the hotel.
Back to the hotel, for the price one of the best deals in town. Great service,
rooms and more to the point an awesome comfortable bed, yes.

We had tried to stay at this hotel last summer for the U2 concert, but they were
full. We stayed this time to take the Snow Train to Leavenworth with friends.
The hotel has valet parking for $22 a night which is a necessity considering the
part of town you're in, so figure that into your room rate. The valet helped me
empty out the car and then delivered the bags to our room. He was very friendly.
The restaurant is decent and open until 2300. They were able to handle a gluten
allergy for my spouse. In the morning I was served sour milk for my lukewarm
coffee but that was corrected with an apology by the server.
The room was comfortable and very quiet. The bed was nice. Having the stadium
directly across the street made me happy I had asked for a quiet room which they
were able to accommodate.
I used the gym in the morning and had it to myself. The hotel also has an
outdoor pool and hot tub which I chickened out from using because it was so cold
in Seattle.
I'd stay there again as long as I got a good room rate. |
