The Four Points Seattle Center location was great, my family walked to the space
needle in 5 minutes. Lots of great restaurants and bars. I wish that there was a
pool at the hotel, and a blender in the bar. The rooms were clean and pull outs
nice, maid service is kinda so so, but we would stay again at the Hotel.

After reading the reviews about Four Points Seattle Center, I have put in a
request of the room staying away from the construction area when I booked my
room. However, when I checked in, I realized my room is right across from the
construction area. The manager told me they would only try to accommodate the
booking request. After driving for the whole day, I just want to rest well,
however the room took me 30 mins wait and finally I got a room away from the
construction area.
There's a plus for the server in the kitchen. I have bought in some microwavable
campbell soup but since there's no microwave in room, I can't reheat it myself.
The server helped me to microwave it and gave me some biscuits to eat w my soup.
Overall, I don't think I would stay in this hotel again as the rate isn't low
($121+ taxes) but I have to keep on calling to get the room that I have
requested in 2 weeks ago. There's no toothbrush, and toothpaste in room that I
have to call the operator to bring to me.

My main memory was that it has the best shower head I've probably ever
experienced. Also there was a view of the Space Needle from the balcony of our
room. It's a fairly short walk to the Pacific Science Centre and even shorter to
the bus stop that we used to go watch a Seattle Seahawks game. From memory the
beds were good too but they have probably been changed by now. The breakfast was
yummy. Four Points Seattle Center is a great value hotel.

Our family stayed at the Four Points Seattle Center for one evening in March and
were not impressed. The hotel is newly renovated, however the building is quite
old. You can hear people walking, talking, running. If you have kids staying
above your suite, good luck on getting any sleep. While having breakfast, in the
morning, the fire alarm went off, and it was very loud and went off for quite
some time, possibly 10 min, we were all looking at each other, thinking what to
do, while the staff was walking around casually, there was no direction,
evacuation procedure, zero communication. Finally, we asked one of the servers
if he knew what was happening, he explained that ‘’they’’ will be here soon to
fix it. That was it. After we checked out, my wife realized that she had left
her gold bracelet on the night table. We phoned the hotel and returned only to
find nothing and that the staff ‘’no e speak English’’. Only the cleaning staff
has access to a securely card-lock controlled room. We are told basically too
bad, so sad. We wrote letter and called the hotel and head office. The same
response, ‘’sorry, could not find it’’ Basically, the gold bracelet walked out
of the room on it’s own. Very dissatisfied and unhappy. Very unresponsive Four
Points management. Will not stay there, nor will we recommend it. We paid $$ to
stay at a hotel and get robbed.

Four Points Seattle Center Place is all new. Great rooms, beds, & bathroom. Love
the long vanity for my stuff, needs hairdryer mount. Free coffee & tea in alcove
of dining room. Computers available also. Next to Bill Gates Foundation, &
Seattle Space Needle. If you are a walker this is great. Take free buses in bus
zone to outside areas of zone. Supermarkets & restaurants nearby. Walk through
hilly residential neighbourhoods of Queen Anne. Parking on street is free &
safe, just read the signs.
Police ticketing for jaywalking or stepping off sidewalks while waiting to
cross!!

The two bedroom suite with a fold out sofa was a great choice for a 2 day
weekend . It provided good space four six foot plus guys, There was reasonably
easy access off the freeway and it had great access to the space needle and
downtown Seattle. The area is developing and there is an expanding source of
restaurants within walking distance, and a full size supermarket only a block
away.
Check out was easy as the desk quickly divided the bill four ways. Beds were
comfortable, and the staff very friendly. The recent renovation has the place
looking great.
The major downside was the lack of a towel rack in the bathroom. Four people go
through a lot of towels and there was no place to hang them up out of the way to
dry. The elevator is bit on the slow side which was a nuisance at checkout when
many guests were looking to get up and down the four floors with luggage.
We have stayed here before and will do so again.

Although I was sceptical at first, I was pleasantly surprised with the
renovations that Starwood made to the hotel. It used to be a Comfort Suites, but
Starwood took over and turned it into a nice Four Points. The hotel is clean and
includes all the amenities. Despite it's location next to Highway 99, I was not
bothered by the noise. Only thing missing would be free continental breakfast,
but the Starwood chain never provides this in any of their hotels.
One foot in mouth moment. I am a Platinum member and when I check in, I am
supposed to receive an automatic upgrade if available. However, I guess when I
made the reservation, it wasn't tied to my SPG #. So when I requested an
upgrade, I got this slightly snobbish look and was told that there was
availability for an additional $100/night. I asked if Platinum members are
automatically upgraded and the front desk agent responded with, "Yes, if you are
Platinum..." However, once the front desk agent added my SPG #, this person's
jaw dropped and immediately apologized. I found it rather humorous, but was glad
they caught the mistake without too much hassle.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Very convenient located. Near to the space needle and
the monorail to down town. Rooms are spacious and clean. Decent price to park
your car ($12).
Absolutely worth the price!
