From the beginning, I was relieved at how well I was handled. From getting
directions over the phone, to the check-in, everything was as advertised. The
room was clean and up to date. Nice breakfast. ....Silver

After spending two nights at the holiday inn express for free (priority club
points) i was disappointed with the room at the silver cloud no early check-in.
(no bottled water, no microwave popcorn) and noisier (thin walls?)....Silver
